Host/Hostess Day Shift (11am-4pm)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a daytime Host /Hostess. No prior experience is required – we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
• Assist in bussing tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Collaborate with servers to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or special requests.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the shift.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining room.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary – we welcome candidates with a passion for hospitality and a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be a team player and willing to assist in various tasks as needed.
