Now Hiring! Expo/Food Runner Needed: We are looking for a Food Expo/Runner to join our team. Our kitchen is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and offers part-time or full-time hours. This is primarily a PM position with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
Description:
You must learn about all the dishes on our menu. You will ensure that every dish goes out to specifications, with all possible modifications indicated, up to and including sauces/garnishes. You will be the main line of communication between the kitchen and the front of house service team, while giving managers updates of any issues/priority tickets. Other duties of this position will include set up and help closing of work station, putting orders together with a sense of urgency, and maintaining a clean work area. You must help correct any returned dishes & prevent mistakes if possible. You will be in charge of bagging takeout orders and delivering food to the appropriate guests.
Ultimately, you'll help provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
