What Youll Be Doing :
Supervising concrete site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on-site.
Coordinating with managers to ensure smooth workflow.
Managing and mentoring site crew members.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress and site conditions.
