Front Desk Agent

Hma Employment Services in Troy, IL is looking for one front desk agent to join our 26 person strong team. We are located on 2011 Formosa Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Holiday Inn Express in Troy, IL

On the spot interviews if available.

Part Time Weekend Shift 7am-3pm and Weekday Shift 3pm-11pm

Weekends and Holidays would be required. Must be flexible with days

This position is 24-32 hours per week

Weekend Differential of $1.50 per hour

PTO time available

Starting pay is $15.50 per hour

Duties for this position include:

Checking Guests in and out using OPERA PMS

Balancing house accounts

Completing preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues

Assist in booking room reservations, answering hotel phone calls, notifying guests of messages

Qualifications Include: (not limited to)

RELIABLE AND ABLE TO WORK WHEN NEEDED

Previous Hotel experience is much desired

Previous customer service experience is desired

IHG and Opera PMS experience a plus

Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal

Candidate should be willing to go above and beyond for our guests and have a professional, positive attitude

Excellent phone and computer skills

Ability to read and speak English

Previous cash handling experience preferred
