Job Description:
You will be responsible for:
- Developing, nurturing, and converting leads.
- Participating in events promoting homeownership.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of lending programs, policies, and procedures, serving as a subject matter expert for customers.
As an HMA Mortgage Loan Officer, you will communicate honest, accurate updates to all external parties and collaborate with Processors and Underwriters during your client's journey to the closing table. You must obtain NMLS licensing to be eligible for this role.
