The ideal candidate will have experience in various clinical settings, including inpatient care, pediatrics, and hospice palliative medicine. *Responsibilities* - Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of physicians - Conduct physical assessments and record patient medical histories - Manage patient treatment plans and collaborate with the healthcare team - Perform procedures such as tube feedings and vital sign monitoring - Engage in case management to ensure continuity of care for patients *Experience* - Previous experience as a nurse practitioner or in a related nursing role - Familiarity with hospice palliative medicine is a plus - Strong background in patient care and clinical skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and teaching skills to educate patients on health management
