Your day to day as a Customer Service Representative
As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at HME Specialists in Las Cruces, New Mexico, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting walk-in customers, you will use your excellent communication skills to obtain complete and accurate information for patient demographics. Your attention to detail will be crucial. By ensuring the intake process is completed accurately, you will contribute to clean claim submissions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist walk-in customers and help in creating a good, professional experience with customers in person. You will receive orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, maintenance, or changes in service. Your ability to determine charges and coverage for the requested service, as well as collect co-pays, will be invaluable. With exceptional data entry skills, you will insert information into the system while documenting complaints of service and equipment failures.
