Your role as a IT Help Desk
As a Full-Time IT Help Desk technician at HME Specialists in Albuquerque, you'll serve as the first line of support for all helpdesk queries. Your responsibilities include responding to questions via phone, email, in person, or through remote access. You'll manage and work on assigned tickets, troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, and permissions issues while communicating status updates to ticket owners.
Additionally, you'll travel to various Albuquerque locations for equipment deployment, retrieval, and troubleshooting. Your role also entails managing the company's computer and network systems, providing technical assistance for incoming queries, and maintaining strong documentation habits. With a focus on issue resolution and functionality testing, you'll create and review knowledge base documents while participating in both traditional and e-learning programs.
