Your role will involve:
- Efficient communication with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies by receiving Incoming calls and conducting Outbound calls.
- Verifying and building monthly Resupply orders for our patients' medical supplies.
- Meeting daily/weekly production goals.
What you need to be successful:
- Strong Communication Skills to provide our patients a positive, clear, and informative interaction over the phone.
- Active listening skills to understand the needs of the caller to resolve the patient interaction.
- Attention to detail to ensure we are efficient within our communication and workflow.
- Empathy and compassion to address our patient needs.
- Organizational Skills to manage daily workflow of multiple tasks.
- Medical Knowledge preferred but not needed as we are ready to train if you are ready to learn.
- Ability in using software or tools like Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, de-escalation and time management skills.
