Your day to day as a Reimbursement Services Analyst
As a Full-Time Reimbursement Services Analyst at HME Specialists, you will tackle various billing and collection queries while collaborating closely with health plans, physicians, and case managers. Your role will involve studying and standardizing procedures to enhance the efficiency of our billing staff, adjusting errors, and resolving patient complaints with a keen focus on exceptional service. You will become well-versed in reimbursement guidelines, attending relevant meetings to stay updated. By running essential reports, you will help ensure timely renewals for CMNs, authorizations, and prescriptions while maintaining compliance with all Federal and State regulations. Your attention to detail will aid in documenting service and equipment failures and participating in Quality Improvement (QI) activities.
