This role involves explaining and teaching patients and caregivers how to use HME equipment effectively while ensuring they know how to reach our team for further assistance. Building strong relationships with Case Managers is key, as you will earn their trust and loyalty by facilitating a fast, consistent, and seamless discharge process for patients with respiratory needs.
