Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers on offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and compensation challenges.
- Conduct market data surveys and benchmarking reviews.
- Manage the annual salary review process.
- Train leadership on compensation processes.
- Oversee the strategic direction of global benefits programs.
- Implement enhancements to benefits offerings to meet employee and organizational needs.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate governance.
- Lead and supervise the total rewards team through effective coaching and performance management.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.

Pay Range : $149,900 - $199,900, per annum. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
