HSC, Hospitality Specialty Communications, an HME company, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Hybrid Sales Representative, North Central. The Hybrid Sales Representative, North Central develops, supports, and controls sales of HSC products within the assigned territory. Responsible for meeting annual sales quotas for the territory within the approved budget. Develops new customers through visiting territory, attending tradeshows, prospecting and by answering incoming product inquiries. Provides product information and pricing to potential and existing customers, writes orders, and resolves complaints. This role will be based out of the Carlsbad office on a hybrid schedule, 3 days on-site, 2 remote, and support the North Central.
Key Responsibilities
The posted pay range, $69,700 - $92,900 plus commission, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Key Responsibilities
- New Accounts/Franchisee Business and New Market Opportunities
- Sell to Franchisees and New Accounts through prospecting, while upselling existing accounts.
- Drive all Sales Within a Territory Both on the Phone and Face to Face.
- Travel within Sales Territory to Meet Prospects and Customers.
- Follows-up, qualifies, and closes sales leads.
- Existing Accounts
- Promotes and sells repair and equipment maintenance programs.
- Resolves price, service, and delivery disputes as required.
- Acquires new product approvals.
- Product Demonstrations and Trade Shows
- Performs live demonstrations of Company products and presents company service programs.
- Prepares trade show status reports on business potential, customer problems, and competitive activities.
- Assists with the setup, tear down, and shipment of trade show booths and equipment.
- BA Degree (4 years college) – Preferred and 25-75% travel required
- 3 years B2B Direct Sales experience.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Phone sales experience.
- Professional attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented for quote preparation.
- Proficient at Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and overall PC business use with CRM solutions experience preferred.
