Clear-Com is currently recruiting for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our Alameda office. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for shipping sales orders, returns, special shipments and act as a central point of contact to the customers we serve. You’ll select work by priority based on department established processes which includes small parcel, basic intercom, and special shipments by verifying all materials picked to the sales order, packing the order, processing the order in the ERP system, labeling the shipment and placement of shipment correctly for collection.

What You Will Do In This Position
Packing Duties
- Performs packing work to written policies and procedures
- Verifies material picked for sales orders match material listed on packing slip
- Reviews and follow all instructions noted in the packing instructions
- Packages material securely in designated carton(s) per department established procedures
- Performs shipping work to written policies and procedures
- Process shipments through ERP and shipping systems
- Verifies shipping label(s) accuracy and apply to carton(s)
- Applies all regulatory package labeling as required
- Stages orders for collection based on department procedures
- Performs all workstation end-of-day processes
- Ensures quality and accuracy in work
- Reports discrepancies to appropriate supervision
- Maintains a safe, clean, and well-stocked workstation
- Participates in Lean initiatives
- Ability to manage time wisely
- Maintains good attendance in accordance with company guidelines
- Adheres to all Company health and safety policies and procedures
- Work as a member of the team
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- 6 months of related experience
- High School Diploma Required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Windows, Teams, Training software)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Good time management and organization skills
- Shipping experience, Domestic and international experience preferred
- Experience with UPS and Fed-Ex shipping software preferred
- AX experience perferred

Salary : $19 - $26
