We are currently recruiting for a Test Engineer II. In this position you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of automated test programs and fixtures. Supports improvement activities of existing test systems, assists technicians with troubleshooting Production issues and interacts cross functionally with Engineers, Product Design, Operations Planning and Assembly. This position requires a “hands-on” individual committed to continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do In This Position
- Design, develop, and document Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems.
- Develop, evaluate, and recommend state-of-the-art and cost-effective test methods and equipment.
- Generates test procedures and test data sheets.
- Monitors pilot production activities.
- Train Technicians on tester operation and troubleshooting.
- Perform all other job responsibilities as assigned.
- 3 years of related experience
- Good understanding of electronic circuits and design.
- Programming skills in both low and high level programming languages.
- Knowledge and ability to program automated test equipment (ATE).
- Knowledge in the use of Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to identify cause and effect relationships.
- The right person is committed to active participation in a continuous improvement culture.
- Strong/effective communication skills.
- MS Office Suite knowledge.
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering/related field or equivalent combination of Education & Experience – Required

Salary : $75,200 - $100,300
