Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Support the implementation, migration to, and ongoing utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial targets.
- Collaborate with other departments and business entities to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance business operations and to consolidate and streamline services and related costs.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure and data.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and improvement. Share important findings with the HME’s leadership team as needed.
- Support business strategy by providing data analysis, tools and reports to business leaders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability and professional development within the IT team.
- Engage with key customers to address and resolve cybersecurity concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leading IT departments, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior IT leadership role.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, including at least one full implementation/migration project.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Power Platform, server and desktop operating systems.
- Strong cost management skills and experience in budget planning and execution.
- Expertise in business application deployment, integration and management
- Familiarity with integration of product life cycle and manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in relevant IT and project management disciplines (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft certifications).
- Experience with other ERP systems and integration projects.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.

Salary : $228,600 - $280,000
