Title: Java Application Support Lead

Location: Alpharreta, GA is Primary location and Berkely Heights as secondary location (either of these locations will work). 5 days in office mandatory. In person interview required. No option of hybrid or remote.

Job Description:

Key Skills - Java Application Support for Banking domain

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Applications Support in Java with excellent debugging skills.
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL database
• Knowledge on ITIL process - Incident Management & Problem Management
• Experience in Unix and shell scripting
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
• Database management
• Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve applications issues.
• Incident Management (Incident resolution, stakeholder communication).
• Support Business Continuity Planning, Migration, Holiday activities.
• Automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis of issues/discrepancies by debugging code or analyzing logs.
• Improve application stability by observing patterns, recurring alerts or issues and provide solution for permanent fix.
