Candidate has go onsite 1-2 days a week to MD location
We are fine with EST zone candidates as well. Who can go atlest once per month is also fine. But the candidate should spend a week (atleast Tue, Wed, Thur) at HQ during the visit.

Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Privacy promotes and supports a culture of ethics and compliance as a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for advancing the customer data privacy agenda. Part of the Business Intelligence organization, the Senior Manager, Privacy will provide privacy support and subject matter expertise on privacy and data protection issues as the regulatory and business landscape evolves. This role partners closely with the Global Privacy Office (Legal, GPO ), Global Technology, Global Information Security, Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, and continents to develop and implement processes and scalable technical solutions to enable automated privacy controls and reduce risk as well as monitor these programs for sustained compliance. Within the Privacy portfolio, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the Third Party Data Sharing Product and the Data Technology Transformation Privacy Track. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for supporting special projects and inquiries in support of Global Privacy needs and objectives, and will work closely with the Senior Director, Privacy, and the rest of the Privacy team to develop and advance the Privacy roadmap.

- Encourage and document Privacy-by-Design principles and standards for major technology transformation programs
- Ensure appropriate Privacy (Individual Rights, Data Retention, Third Party Data Sharing, Audit & Monitoring, etc.) and Compliance (anti-corruption, trade sanctions/OFAC risks, etc.) controls are incorporated into enterprise solutions
- Evaluate policies and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate regulatory requirements into business implications, controls, and remediation options
- Educate internal stakeholders on the timing and implications of existing and new regulations
- Work with the GPO and other Privacy Business Partners to understand the ever-evolving global data privacy and protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PIPL, U.S. States) within countries client operates and translate regulatory requirements into business implications and remediation options
- Support the Privacy team in responding to high-priority regulatory inquiries and implementing improvement opportunities
- Partner with the GPO to identify and develop recommendations for the PIA process to decrease time-to-completion and improve compliance with company policies and regulatory expectations
