Key Responsibilities of a B2B Sales Trainee:
- Business Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with business clients, identifying opportunities to expand AT&T’s presence within a given territory.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Present tailored solutions to business clients, helping them optimize their wireless services to meet operational needs.
- Proposal & Pricing Strategy: Leverage our technology to generate accurate service proposals and pricing estimates for business accounts.
- Negotiation & Closing: Utilize top-tier negotiation skills to create win-win solutions for both our business clients and our partners.
- Client Service & Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring satisfaction, issue resolution, and long-term retention.
- Sales & Performance Metrics: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals, directly contributing to AT&T’s business growth.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to drive business strategy.
