General Summary:
The Social Media Analyst is responsible for maintaining HMG’s presence on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
This position is directly responsible for creating impactful content, driving engagement, and leveraging data insights to support brand growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Contribute to content creation, including articles, blogs, and multimedia content, with attention to quality and detail.
- Develop and implement creative content and video strategies to grow our social media channels.
- Drive user engagement through innovative social media initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor social media platforms, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet goals.
- Create digital marketing content for key target audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media efforts with company objectives.
- Stay updated on target audience preferences, emerging trends, and advancements in social media platforms.
- Continuously monitor and interpret data, using insights to inform and refine strategies.
- Assist with print design as needed.
Education/Experience/Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically
- Strong understanding of audience analysis, current trends, and preferences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Canva, Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and video for social
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a variety of different areas within the company
