The Practice Lead, Medical Receptionist position provides a centralized point of contact for operational needs of the practice and in addition to their primary role (Medical Receptionist, Certified Medical Assistant, etc.), serves as the liaison between practice leadership and staff. May be assigned to other offices in a 30-mile radius for coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
- 2 years experience in a medical office with 4 provider
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
