The Prenatal Coordinator navigates OB patients throughout the pregnancy lifecycle including care education; coordinating routine and diagnostic testing, results interpretation, and procedure scheduling under the supervision of the physician(s) and practice manager. Serves as a liaison between the patients and provider. Performs other clerical duties as requested.
*Main office is in Freehold but must be willing to float to Jackson, Tinton Falls and Eatontown as needed. Will also cover for CMA as needed
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- 1 years LPN/CMA experience in a OBGYN setting.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant or Certified Registered Medical Assistant or National Certified Medical Assistant or Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Clinical Medical Assistant Specialist
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
