GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for ensuring compliance with C-TPAT and US Customs regulations, setting up customers on our website, troubleshooting website issues, monitoring and enforcing customs filing, and monitoring idling containers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enforcing internal policies and procedures related to traffic and documentation procedures and idling containers, Run various reports to support managing and monitoring cargo flow, Responsible for monitoring the traffic flows – North & South Americas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Dwell Time Management/Idling Monitoring, and reporting
- Homepage : Customer code mapping, support, e-Business related function enhancement
- Irregular Management/Procedure/System Enhancement
- Rules & Regulations : Support, Coordinating with overseas T&D team on destination side rules & regulations and reporting
- Compliance : Customs penalty, Bond, C-TPAT, etc.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Research and analysis
- General understanding of Imports and Exports
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Preferred 2 or more years of experience in Logistics
- Preferred 1 or more years of experience with US Customs (Trade)
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- General understanding of Import and Export workflows
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills, Proficient in other MS Office applications
- Ability to perform Reports daily
- Work effectively and prioritize workflow when working on a tight timeline.
- A Team Player who can collaborate with Team, DCS and other Departments.
- Able to multi task and handle information professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
ENVIRONMENT / EQUIPMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Work performed in an office environment where the noise level is moderate. Regularly required to stand, sit, and walk around the office. Frequently required to work on a computer. Occasionally required to use force to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
