GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW
The Maintenance and Repair (M&R) Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring HMM assets are repaired in safe and functional practice to comply with Federal and Company polices while saving cost. The Coordinator should be able to identify cause of damage and be responsible for billing those damages to the liable party. Coordinator should also be able to monitor and minimize the damaged assets in the covered area to ensure smooth operational flow.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / DUTIES
- Review and approve estimates that are received on damage equipment per company policies and criteria
- Ensure correct status of equipment is updated accordingly
- Rebill of damages caused by a liable 3rd Party
- Program monitoring to ensure accurate data is compiled for reports
- Data entry of manual processes on a case by case occurrence
- Professionally represent HMM with Vendors in written and verbal communication
- Ability and willingness to account for any cost saving and report
- Performs other duties as assigned.
