Job Description:
The Associate Director, Business Development will directly contribute to the growth and market dominance of Accumin by spearheading sales initiatives and developing strategic partnerships exclusively in the Pharma sector. This role is pivotal in enhancing our company’s influence and reach within key pharmaceutical companies, ranging from established biotech firms to innovative pharma startups focused on neuroscience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships within targeted areas of the Pharma sector to achieve year-over-year growth in strategic partnerships.
- Manage and expand Pharma client relationships, ensuring sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize insights from our panel of neuroscience experts to develop targeted business strategies that are responsive to the latest industry trends and needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product development, and executive leadership—to tailor business development strategies that meet market demands and company goals.
- Report business development progress and strategies to executive leadership, focusing on new business generation, with detailed performance metrics and strategic forecasts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, business development, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Knowledge on the latest developments in the neuroscience sector.
- Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and achieving sales targets within the Pharma sector.
- Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting business outcomes to senior management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as necessary to achieve business objectives.
