- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or coordination roles preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing regulations and labor laws.
- The Staffing Coordinator will work alongside the Nurse Management team to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing/scheduling of the facility clinical team to meet the needs of the residents in a Skilled Nursing setting. This position plays a key role in ensuring the Clinical Team remains on budget and maintains adequate CMS staffing levels per census.
