Key Qualifications
- Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in this state.
- A Certification of Completion for Electronic Medical Records training is desirable but not required.
- Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in medical records of a health care facility.
