The Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Partner serves a key role in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to hire skilled nursing and healthcare administration professionals. This role will collaborate with hiring managers, help build talent pipelines, and enhance our employer brand to attract and retain the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers at the corporate, regional, and community level to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Understand, recommend, and utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and industry networking.
- Work with community Hiring Teams to build and maintain effective relationships with schools, professional organizations, and community partners to create talent pipelines.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
