Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; five (5) years professional experience in program development, program implementation, or project management, including at least two (2) years of relevant project management or strategic planning experience managing/coordinating multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects. Experience working in nonprofit organizations, schools and/or with the disability community is a plus. Strong technology skills and comfort with new tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Essential Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Leads the project lifecycle for enterprise projects, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of work to ensure it is on-time, within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with the President and entire executive leadership team to align projects with the organization's strategic and operational objectives, identifying key deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with various stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing issues and making adjustments as needed.
- Oversee project close-outs, including capturing and utilizing lessons learned from project stakeholders. Analyze and communicate impact and outcomes, working in partnership with other project stakeholders.
- Develop resources for staff on project management, including training materials, toolkits, workshops and offer advice and input to others beginning to use project methods.
Communications and change management:
- · Develop communications and/or change management plan to support annual enterprise projects and support their implementation, ensuring that staff are informed and engaged in organizational changes.
- · Draft messages and collaborate with key stakeholders on content prior to delivery.
- · Ensure communications are cascaded and disseminated effectively, using appropriate channels.
- · Develop project communications, reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with staff in order to obtain formal and informal feedback on project impacts, including additional communication needs, training and support and other cultural considerations.
- Develop resources for staff on communications planning, change management stakeholder engagement, including training materials, toolkits, workshops and offer advice and input to others beginning to use communications planning.
Research and Analysis:
- · Identify project gaps in data, information and/or research and support acquisition of what is needed.
- · Conduct high-level analysis of options at key decision-making points, providing guidance and insight to the President and executive leadership team on feasibility, financial and people impacts, and potential directions.
