About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and friendly Guest Room Attendant (GRA), you’ll play a vital role in our hotel operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and common areas.
What We’re Looking For
- Are you detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness
- Previous experience in housekeeping is a plus, but not required
- Hotel or Hospital cleaning services experience an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel brand standards
- Replenish guest rooms and baths with amenities, supplies, and linen
- Respond to guest requests and report any issues
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Create Workorders for any area required.
- Follow H. House & Brand standard cleaning procedures.
