Other Tasks & Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon entry to the lobby, providing a welcoming atmosphere and assistance with directions or general inquiries:
- Assist in setting up, organizing, and breaking down any lobby displays or promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and event requirements.
- Greet and interact with customers in a courteous and pleasant manner.
- Replenish stocks of customer choices.
- Display items in compliance with hotel and bar standards.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers and guests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set-up & takedown as required.
- Ability to move throughout the kitchen & dining area.
- Circulate during service & converse with guests during their stay throughout shift.
- Inventory & ordering, complete all daily reports.
