Job Description:
We’re currently seeking a dynamic Community Engagement Manager to provide operational support for member recruitment and event production. As an integral part of Dîner en Noir, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization’s growth and success focusing on:
- Membership Acquisition: Attract new members & Brand Ambassadors through outreach and networking.
- Event Production: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our professional monthly member-only events and annual community fundraising events, ensuring they align with our mission and deliver exceptional experiences for our members/attendees.
- Retention Strategy: Foster member satisfaction and loyalty with personalized support.
- Community Engagement: Promote Dîner en Noir at community events and committees.
- Sales and Marketing: Achieve membership sales targets by creating & marketing campaigns that highlight membership benefits.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track membership metrics and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaboration: Work with team members, vendors, partners etc. to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in event production, sales, or membership management.
- Deep understanding of our target audience, its greater community, its businesses, and its economic landscape.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Compensation Package
We offer a unique and exciting compensation package that rewards your hard work and dedication. This package includes:
- Event Production/Project Management pay: Earn up to $3,500 for Signature Event Production (a 3-month process)
- Commission-based sales: Receive 20% commission on membership sales
- Event Revenue Share: Earn 25% net revenue share from Monthly/Quarterly Salon Events
Estimated Starting Hourly Compensation: $60
