With your expertise, you will enhance safety by reducing TRIR, lost time, and workers' compensation costs through proactive safety management and incident response, and improve facility service request rates by addressing customer and audit issues while coaching the team on quality management systems.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of proven leadership experience as a director or operations manager within a manufacturing setting, with a strong track record of driving improvement in SQDC performance. You will also optimize material and information flows by creating a model area based on 'true north' principles, collaborating with scheduling and operations to implement effective production scheduling criteria, and forming and guiding a cross-functional team to improve material usage and control processes.
