">HNI Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our 2nd Shift HNI Workplace Furnishings Operations team. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading team efforts to deliver KPIs, improving processes, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities
">- Organize team efforts to deliver KPIs
- Lead MDI discussions with team and ensure visual management is relevant
- Work with team on daily staffing requirements and manage changes
- Monitor progress to goals and communicate gaps
- Conduct daily 5S and safety walks
- Partner with MCR for issues/concerns
- Partner with internal customers to achieve daily delivery/quality
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Organizational/Business Management, or a related field. Previous experience in direct labor supervision in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or customer service is required, with lean manufacturing experience preferred.
