What We Need
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing project-based and executive administrative support functions to the assigned executive team members ensuring critical business needs are achieved.
What You Will Do
- Manage administrative functions such as: project management, travel coordination, expense account management, calendar management, and other duties in support of the assigned executive team members.
- Prepare and/or review a variety of high-level correspondences, presentations, and reports with accuracy and in a timely manner - may act on behalf of the executive/as an agent of the company.
- Provide resourceful and proactive resolution and communication to conflicts in scheduling and/or calendar commitments.
- Effectively organizes and manage workload and successfully prioritize tasks based on company and executive leadership deadlines.
- Support the coordination and execution of company sponsored events.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of administrative support or project management experience is required; 4 years preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications required. Experience with travel and expense management software is desired.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
