What We Need:
We are looking for a Finance Analyst I to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.
This role will provide strategic analytics to support the Allsteel Sales Operations team in the identification of sales trends and development of sales forecasting models, optimization of efficiencies, and achievement of operating excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Build and manage accurate sales reporting models to provide detailed data to the broader team and leadership.
- Analyze data/trends/sales activity to identify opportunities for improved growth/profitability and develop business case reporting to support recommendations and conclusions.
- Provide sales dashboard metrics and forecasts with performance summaries identifying areas of improvement and gaps, as well as wins.
- Provide market data and insights as requested.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Business Administration or related field required.
- At least one year of relevant experience required; two years of experience preferred.
