HNI is a locally family owned and operated Landscape Design Build company that offers full-service Garden and Property Maintenance Service and our very own Garden Center.
HNI specializes in designing and installing landscapes, hardscapes, irrigation, drainage, landscape lighting, and sound systems that transition the outer living areas of both residential and commercial properties. Our Garden and property Maintenance departments services more than 650 clients along the Suncoast. The Garden Center is a full service retail center opened Monday-Saturday.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our busy team!
The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, completing proposals and correspondence and providing day to day support.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. You must be able to manage the fast paced and ever changing executives to be successful in this position
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Complete proposals using excel
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
