To succeed in this role, the individual must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and 6 months to 2 years of related experience or training. They should also be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, and possess basic math skills. Bilingual candidates who can read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently may be preferred based on service location.

- Fully execute all job duties of Phlebotomist I, II, and III.
- Cross train in PSC, DCC, and mobile services, including on-call rotations.
- Travel to various locations within the territory and may be required to travel outside the territory with minimal notice.
