The purpose of this position is to oversee crews working on projects, setting expectations and removing obstacles that may hinder their success. This includes ensuring that all project documents are prepared accurately and submitted on time, providing regular updates with a two-week look-ahead schedule, and performing job site inspections to guarantee adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, knowledge of structured cabling systems, fiber optic cable installation, and security is essential. Experience splicing various types of fiber optic cables, including single-mode, multi-mode, stranded, and ribbon, is also necessary.

Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Working knowledge of structured cabling systems, including fiber optic cable installation and security
- Experience splicing various types of fiber optic cables, including single-mode, multi-mode, stranded, and ribbon
- Ability to perform optical continuity and conformance testing
- Familiarity with fusion splicing and optical testing equipment
- Proficiency in reviewing, interpreting, and working with maps, drawings, blueprints, and testing documents
