We are seeking a Sr. Talend Developer to join our team, focusing on ETL development and data integration. This role requires hands-on experience with Talend , while additional experience with other ETL tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
This is a hybrid position, and will require some onsite presence in the office. This role is available in both Chantilly, VA or Deerfield, IL.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Talend .
- Work with large datasets to transform and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met.

Hourly Rate : Starting at $65.00 / hr and there is flexibility for higher compensation, based on experience.
