Job Title: Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Rocky Hill office. As a key member of our Rail department, you will work on various rail/transit and track systems projects, collaborating with project teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the production and modification of rail signals/train control system design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for assigned projects.
- Serves as the primary client liaison and manages the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and to the client's satisfaction.
- Assists with client project scoping and contract negotiations, performs technical discipline tasks, including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
- 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification (CT, MA, NY or PA).
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Knowledge of MBTA Standards and Design Criteria.
- Prior experience on MBTA commuter rail and transit track projects.
