Essential Job Functions/Duties

- Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
- Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly quality service to all guests of the restaurant.
- Greet all guests immediately they come in and when going.
- Cleans and organizes the restaurant daily including deep cleaning of certain areas as assigned.
- Polishes China, silverware, glassware daily.
- Lightly dusts and maintains the restaurant.
- Maintains guest tables throughout the dining period by cleaning, replacing China, glass and silverware as required.
- Must comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.
- Maintains current and accurate knowledge of all menu items.
- Serves all beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in food outlets.
- Always provides outstanding customer and employee service.
- Busses tables in the station and completes all side work.
- Assists restaurant hostwhen required.
- Assists food runners and servers to run food to the tables in a timely manner.
- Records all preferences of guests in the reservation system by taking detailed notes so that we can exceed their expectations every time they dine.
- Knows about our frequent guests and their preferences.
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
- Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
- Always present oneself with a neat and clean appearance.
- Thanks, the guests and invites them to return.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, experience, skills required, equipment used.
- Must be 19 years or older.
- High school Diploma or education equivalent required.
- Three (3) years’ server and customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology.
- Previous experience using Smart Phones and/or Tablets applications strongly preferred.
