Summary
Job Title: Janitor
Department: Dynamic Systems
Reports to: Program Manager
Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Shift: Thursday to Monday (Weekends are required) Part-time 30-40 hours.
Summary
The Janitor cleans and keeps in an orderly condition working areas include but are not limited to; offices, restrooms, showers buildings and other facilities at the USACE Okatibbee Lake/Offices property. Duties involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and carpet cleaning floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
Essential Functions

Regularly required to walk, talk, and listen.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently.
Ability to stoop, stand, climb, and frequent lifting of a maximum of 50 lbs.
Regularly required to crouch and reach by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
