The Position
To apply for this exciting opportunity, you must be a CNA and have a valid driver’s license.
As a valued Vivia Caregiver, you’ll enjoy the fulfillment of providing personalized care and changing the lives of your clients! You will be given a company car to drive in a neighborhood assisting multiple clients with their needs. Duties may include grooming, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and more.
· Full Time (40 hours a week)
· $25/hr plus gas reimbursement ($24 during first 90-day Probationary period)
· Day shift 7/8am – 5pm/6pm ONLY
· Company Car providedfor reliable transportation
What makes you a qualified candidate:
· Current and active Certified Nurse Assistant license
· A minimum of one (1) of experience in home care or home health.
· Valid Washington State driver’s license and automobile insurance.
· Eligible to work in the United States
· Must pass a Washington State Patrol criminal background check, fingerprint check and other pre-employment checks.
· Meet safety sensitive job requirements.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification).
· Food Handlers permit
· Must possess a smartphone and access email
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Current physical and negative TB test, or ability to obtain them.
Physical Demands
· Driving to client homes throughout the region
· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
· Physical ability to withstand hours of duty that may be long and irregular.
· Moving around the office
Confidentiality Requirements
· Demonstrate knowledge of HIPAA, privacy and confidentiality rules and regulations.
· Comply with annual training standards.
· Understands and acknowledges that no information or photos of clients may be posted on social media or in any way transmitted using unsecured methods of digital communication.
· Follow company policies and procedures for computer systems and mobile devices
