Business Analyst - PeopleSoft Financials (Hybrid Position)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst to join our dedicated CAPPS Financials upgrade project team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM modules, specifically eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Asset Management, and serve as a backup for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Supplier Contracts. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead analyst for PeopleSoft Financials modules (eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Asset Management).
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Supplier Contracts modules.
• Conduct requirement analysis sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Develop and maintain complex documentation including:
• Functional requirements
• Business processes
• Test scenarios and test scripts
• Training materials
• Execute hands-on functional and integration testing across multiple test cycles.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and QA teams in a remote setting using collaboration tools.
• Estimate work effort, track deliverables, and meet project deadlines.
• Participate in formal presentations and analysis sessions with business stakeholders.
