Software Engineer – Robotic Process Automation (Hybrid Position)

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Software Engineer – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to support the Robotic Process Automation team. This contractor position will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient RPA solutions. The selected candidate will work directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to automate key processes and deliver impactful IT solutions.



Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and define functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in all phases of RPA lifecycle including discovery, solution design/scope, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows using Blue Prism and other RPA tools.
• Monitor RPA scripts in production and apply changes to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure accuracy and robustness of automated processes.
• Provide support for RPA infrastructure, including integration with APIs, databases, and web-based systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation capabilities and RPA standards.
