Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and system workflows to identify opportunities for process automation and GIS system improvements.
- Serve as the primary administrator of the ArcGIS SaaS (Online or On-Prem) platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and data security.
- Define and manage user roles and permissions to support internal security protocols and external access needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and data visualization requirements, ensuring accurate map and dashboard outputs.
- Develop and maintain documentation outlining user needs, technical processes, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ArcGIS services, data access, visualization errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Assist with GIS data cleaning, formatting, and transformation for use in various reports and dashboards.
- Support the development of GIS-based analytics and visualizations for business and operational insights.
