Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems or implement new solutions.
- Serve as a technical liaison among stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Plan, design, and execute studies, cost/benefit analyses, and system evaluations.
- Prepare detailed documentation of system functionality, user requirements, and integration steps.
- Review existing computer system capabilities and constraints to evaluate the feasibility of system changes or enhancements.
- Administer and maintain Informatica tools, including Axon, EDC, and Data Quality, in on-prem or hybrid environments.
- Configure Informatica Axon and EDC including glossaries, dashboards, scanners, and data discovery features.
- Develop and support APIs for integration of Informatica tools with external platforms.
- Implement data governance and metadata management best practices across the enterprise.
- Script automation of system tasks, deployments, and data pipelines using various scripting languages.
- Support enterprise data lineage mapping and metadata harvesting.
- Collaborate with data governance, architecture, and analytics teams to ensure end-to-end data management practices.
- Produce technical documentation and maintain issue tracking using tools like Jira
