Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the SAS Viya SaaS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- Configure and manage user roles and permissions to enforce data access policies across user groups and external partners.
- Support SAS Viya development efforts including code deployment, model management, and workload optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAS Viya (both On-Premise and Online environments).
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into secure, functional system configurations.
- Apply data management best practices to support platform-wide governance and compliance needs.
- Assist with data preparation, manipulation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
- Create and maintain documentation for administrative processes, access management, and support procedures.
