Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, business processes, and existing systems to recommend and implement improvements.
- Document business needs, system functionality, and required changes to support process automation and system enhancements.
- Review current system capabilities and limitations to assess feasibility of requested changes or new features.
- Serve as the administrator of the Tableau Online SaaS instance, supporting dashboard developers and business users.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate data visibility and compliance with data governance policies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, or Enterprise environments.
- Support the development and publication of dashboards and reports using Tableau and, optionally, Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine data requirements, ensuring reports and dashboards align with business goals.
- Apply data management and data cleaning techniques to support reporting accuracy and performance.
- Maintain documentation for system configuration, access control, and reporting procedures.
